Le Nid was created for Alessi by designer Christian Ghion and Michelin star winning chef, Pierre Gagnaire. A beautiful object for cooking and serving eggs, it goes effortlessly from kitchen to table. Le Nid is composed of a stoneware ramekin, a trestle, and a ring. The ramekin may be used in the oven or in a bain-marie, using the steel ring as a support. When it’s time to serve, perch it on the stainless steel trestle for an impressive presentation.
