We will always endeavor to match any price for a new item, provided it comes from genuine retail store in the E.U. We will require proof of this. VAT Tax will be deducted automatically through our location manager from all worldwide orders outside the E.U.
We charge postage on all import, shop exclusives, previous years and sold out editions items. Worldwide shipping will be charged at cost. Please email or call to confirm any postage charges. Postage in the Netherlands is free on all items over Euro 125.00, when paid for by bank transaction.
You may pay for any single item over Euro 125.00 in three equal monthly installments; the item will be shipped once the final payment has been made. This can be done by automatically online transfer with a credit card or by bank transfer. If the full payment is not received by the agreed date, a 20% handling fee will be deducted before any balance is returned. Please email us for details. Your order(s) will not ship until payment(s) is / are remitted in full.
Some items on the web site are not currently in stock but are expected soon. We will take a 20% as stated in the item description with the balance automatically when the item is in stock. The deposit will secure any item in stock for a month, by which time the balance has to be paid in full. Please email us to discuss this option. Deposits are non-returnable, but may be transferable to another item. Your order(s) will not ship until payment(s) is / are remitted in full.
All credit card payments are fully secure using SSL encryption as verified by our certificate. We do not hold any credit card information once payment has been authorized. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal, through this site. We also accept payments by bank transfer. We cannot charge in US dollars.
If you are unhappy with any item it can be returned, in perfect condition and all original packaging, within 14 days, for a refund, minus Credit Card / PayPal fees. You must write or call to arrange this before returning the goods. The refund will be less any original postage costs. Goods are sent back at your risk so please send by recorded means. Buyer return shipment fees are at buyers expenses. Please note, any item that is a special order cannot be returned unless faulty.
