These two cotton velvet rabbits are placed on top of an embroidered felt base that is reminiscent of the company's beginnings – the world’s first soft toy was an elephant felt pin cushion created by Margarete Steiff, which was also attached to a felt pad. The two little rabbits have the classic style and design of velvet Steiff rabbits from the late 1800’s.
