Exclusively only for members of the Käthe Kruse family, the cute Finchen is made in the Club year 2008 / 2009. Finchen is a dear doll girl out of our Hampelchen family. The doll received her surname based on the body construction with the loosely sewn on arms and legs as well as the button suspension in the back. The body is 27 cm / 10.8 inches large and classically stuffed with deer hair and reindeer hair by hand.
The head is based upon a model sketched by Igor of Jakimow, is made out of Papiermaché and painted in typically “Krusischer” type by hand. The Hampelchen was on the Toy Market between 1929 and ca. 1958 in different heights and executions made; also the Good Fortune Child – above all made in the branch work in bath Pyrmont – been based upon a simplified body cut of the Hampelchens. Today an original Hampelchen is to be found no longer very often, and are even rarer than Hampelchen with painted hairs. Exclusively for all members of the Käthe Kruse Family, the Hampelchen with the Jakimow head were put on once again as a Club Edition 2008/2009. The cute girl is clothed with a natural colour blouse with half long sleeves and a small frill state collar. The spring fresh causing dress is equipped with a decor out of pastel coloured strip and scatter flower. Upper part and skirt are dropped through a small embroidery out of dark red velvet.
